So sorry my posts have been so short but we have so little time and the connection is slow!
We went to a beautiful park yesterday and little Lucy took her very first amusement park ride.
Just look at this face!
The sweet lady running the ride allowed it to go on and on and on and on and on
She said that she was so moved by Lucy that she wanted her to have a long ride!
Moving hearts, she is!
She has sure moved ours!
Please pray for our sweet girl as she is beginning to process all of this and is struggling a little bit.
Breaks my heart but I know it is a good thing.
Today we go to Ruzhou Rehabilitation Hospital where Lucy spent 4 years of her life.
Please pray for my heart as I meet more of these precious ones who are so worthy.
Oh Annie I will so be praying for your Momma heart. It is so difficult to see where our children have lived, what they have been through, yet they are joyful....Lucy is so very precious!! Praying for you all and so thankful you have met one:) I can't wait to continue this journey with you!!
ReplyDeleteHugs!!
Beautiful beautiful photos! Love the expression on your son's face too! Just adorable.
ReplyDeleteCaleb is such a great big brother!!! Praying for you all!
ReplyDeleteAnnie,
ReplyDeleteSeeing her great big smile is so sweet! After those pictures you all received a while back of her in tears, I wondered how things were going to go, but it looks like she is thrilled to have a family. It's so great that you took Caleb and once you get to Maggie, things will be even better. There's something about two at a time that just makes sense. They will hopefully find security in one another until they are able to let their guards down and learn to trust you all. It's amazing how fast our girls adjusted. In no time at all you'll be feeling like they've always been a part of your family. God is good!
Love you girl!!!

She looks so sweet! Praying for you all. And, I just need to comment about your handsome son! He reminds me a lot of my sons, when they were younger. Your whole family is beautiful, though. Enjoy your time in your daughters' birth country.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great big brother...hugs to you all as you travel down the adoption road!
ReplyDeleteShe is just so precious! Thanks for posting, love being part :-)

It is beautiful to see brother and sister together. :) I'll be praying for all of you. I'm also hoping and praying that you'll be able to meet sweet David. He is so heavy on my heart and I hope and pray that he will soon have a family too. God bless you. ~Tina
