Christmas 2013

The Christmas that He built!

No job...

No problem...

The Lord showed up big time and through the hearts of some really wonderful family and friends, and some truly unexpected ways, provided our Christmas 2013!

Now if He could only provide the perfect Christmas pic!

hehe

Honestly y'all, He may not have provided a job for Hubby - yet...

but boy how He has provided...

and our faith grows...

as well as our hearts

 what JOY!

Merry Christmas from our crazy house to yours

  3. Actually, after 24 (eek!) years of parenting, I have come to believe the wacky photos ARE the good ones. Even when somebody is grumpy or yawning or their hair is outrageous or they were in "that phase!" We linger over these pictures, laughing, cherishing, remembering how far we have come from that long ago place. So, although I do try to get a "good one" every now and then...I mostly just keep clicking away, recording our REAL lives.

  4. I love your photos and think they are perfect! I had totally forgotten that your husband was out of work. Forgive me for not praying more about that….adding it to the list now!

I admire your faith and love for the fatherless! God Bless you and your family!

  6. Wonderful! I am so glad you all had a wonderful Christmas! You are blessed with amazing family and friends! How you are treated by family and friends is just a reflection of the person that you are -- you are treated with generosity and love and kindness precisely because you are a generous, loving and kind person yourself! Such joy on your children's faces. I just love it.
