Those of you who have been "with me" for a
long time, will remember precious Blossom.
This amazing child has
severe CP and blesses all who know her.
I advocated for this child for a
very long time, until her very special Momma Pam
found her! I will never ever forget the very first email I got from
sweet Pam and how the Lord's hand was just ALL OVER this adoption! You can go here to read the whole story.
Pam
waited a VERY long time for Blossom's (who is now Annabelle) file to get
updated and re-submitted and she never lost faith that one day, she
would be holding her precious child!
Well, NOW is that time and Pam IS
holding her Annabelle...
and I am praising the Lord for this amazing child
who is already moving hearts and for this incredibly faithful Momma who
was so sure of what the Lord was calling her to do and never faltered in
her faith! Tears are flowing all over again as I write this!
Thank you Heavenly Father for "setting the lonely in families"!
AMEN!
I am reading this at work.

Wow, someone's cutting onions in here.
Haha! Love it!!! There have been lots of onions cut over here lately!!! LOL!
DeleteYah, thanks for the tears Annie. LOL!!! Mind if I post this on my Facebook page? I want my friends to see a concrete example of the beauty in adoption and this is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteHehe!! Of course! Please do share! It is an amazing testimony!!! Thanks Laura!
DeleteYes, I remember Blossom! So happy she found her Mama! This would be a cool section in the advocacy yahoo group..."Look at them now!"
ReplyDeleteThat would be AWESOME!
DeleteThanks for posting this Annie! This is such wonderful news! We have been praying for Blossom and her family for a long time. We have been sponsoring her and waiting for this day! We have been checking Pam's blog to see when she would be traveling but she hadn't updated it since 3/2. We were praying extra hard for Pam to be able to get to Blossom and back home again before the Trade Show. We are so happy this day has finally arrived! Bless Annabelle and her new family! BLESS YOU ANNIE! You yelled and shouted and prayed and never gave up on this little one. Her family found her! I believe we have witnessed a bit of a miracle right here!
ReplyDeleteThank you sweet Gina - for loving this precious child too!!!
DeleteWow! I remember Blossom well, especially the campaign to get her new wheels! I was so touched by how you and so many others realized the importance of a wheelchair and mobility - that wheelchairs are not "confining" but instead liberating! This story is just incredible. God is so good! Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteAnnie! This brought joy to my heart! HAPPINESS!
ReplyDeleteI remember when you first posted Blossom's story. I was moved then. I am just as moved now when I see the precious picture of her Momma holding her! God is amazing!
